Updated 11/15/2025

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which outline best practices for making web content usable for all individuals, including those who rely on assistive technology.

Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Improving website structure, navigation, and readability

  • Adding alternative text to images

  • Ensuring forms are accessible

  • Maintaining color contrast and visual clarity

  • Reviewing our content regularly for compliance

2. Website Features

We work to ensure that our website includes accessible features such as:

  • Screen-reader compatibility

  • Keyboard-only navigation

  • Responsive design for all device types

  • Descriptive headings and labels

  • Clear and consistent page layout

  • Captions or transcripts for multimedia (when available)

If you encounter a barrier, we encourage you to contact us immediately.

3. Physical Accessibility at Our Resort

Our glamping resort strives to accommodate guests of all abilities.
We aim to offer:

  • Accessible parking (if available)

  • Clearly marked pathways

  • Assistance with luggage or mobility access where possible

  • Staff available to help with mobility or accessibility needs upon request

Please note that due to our natural Alaskan setting, certain outdoor areas may include uneven terrain, natural obstacles, or seasonal conditions. We are happy to discuss individual needs and help plan the most accessible experience possible.
